CONQUERING MOUNT SCORPION

My name is Josue Santos Aka Mr. Run4u. I was able to conquer Mnt. Scorpion. This was my first time climbing anything. I was invited by a good friend. Deuvall Dorsey. He asked me to be part of this great hike and memory. So I accepted the challenge, without knowing what I was getting my self into. As we started the hike the walk seemed simple enough until we began the climb of our life. It took me about 2:30 hours to get up but I did it I took it "one step at a time". I was determined. Once I made it to the top I was able to take a look at the most glorious view Nevada has to offer. After an hour or so many decide to start heading back down by the end it was myself, Deuvall and his son. Little did I know I was about to feel the STING! As I started my decent down the mountain my legs decide to cramp up now I was stuck. I rested for another 20 minutes until the another set of climber passed by and helped me out. Thanks to Rocky! for lending me your WALKING STICKS! they were a life saver. So with this said I would defiantly tell other to take the SCORPION HIKE CHALLENGE!
